I only painted one Christmas card image this year. It’s a painting of the house we bought when we moved to Minnesota this past June. We sold our Victorian home in Ohio only to buy another Victorian home in Minnesota! It’s not what we had planned when we decided to move, but things turned out ok.
We’ve had a pretty mild winter by Minnesota standards with hardly any snow to this point. So I had to imagine what our house would look like on a snowy December night.
I’m happy with how the painting turned out, and it made a really nice card.
